I’m all about ankle strengthening. I’ve sprained my right ankle more times than I can remember, and despite going through physical therapy back in high school its still very weak. Unfortunately, I have to wear a brace whenever I run because its gotten so weak.
I fractured my ankle last year. It took me a few months to be completely pain free after it healed. Guess I should know better than to do a jumping jack at work in the wrong shoes! Best of luck to you!
