Techniques For Running Hills
What goes thru your mind when you see a hill ahead of you? Is it shock?
What? No…..no…… please no!
Or is it this?
Whether you dread them or not, nothing builds running strength better than hills do. Heading up an incline helps promote running strength, and your form plays a major role in doing that efficiently.
So don’t alter your route just avoid them. ( admit it, we have all done this! ) Embrace them, it will make you stronger.
